    We currently ship to addresses within India and pin codes accessible to our delivery partner
  2. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping option only: Standard Shipping usually takes 2-5 working days, depending on your location. To Metros 2-3 days, Rest of India 4-7 days and Remote / North-East Locations 7–12 business days.

  1. Shipping Fees:

To continue offering you heavily discounted prices, we charge a standard shipping fee based on your location. The exact shipping cost depends on your delivery zone, determined by your city or Pin code. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and applied per order. For select remote or tier‑3 locations, additional surcharges may apply

  1. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link.

  1. Packaging:

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Lightweight and compact packaging helps us keep costs low and maintain discounted pricing.

  1. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If you experience any issues with your shipment (e.g., delays, lost package, incorrect address provided), please contact our customer support team at message@ziiesto.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

  1. Returns & Exchanges:

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective. Customers must report issues within 48 hrs of delivery. Return shipping for valid claims may be covered by Ziiesto. Pls refer to our Refund policy.

  1. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the package at your expense or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
