No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to the heavily discounted nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects. This policy enables us to offer significant savings to our customers. Kindly review our Return and Refund policy below.

  1. Scope and Applicability

1.1 This No Return / No Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies exclusively to products sold by Ziiesto Discount store under the following categories:

  1. a) Clearance Sale
  2. b) Heavily Discounted Items
  3. c) Promotional Discounts
  4. d) Final Sale / End-of-Line Stock

1.2 By placing an order for any product classified under the above categories, the customer (“Buyer”, “You”, “Your”) acknowledges, agrees, and consents to the terms set out in this Policy.

  1. No Return, No Refund, No Cancellation

2.1 All clearance and discounted sales are FINAL.

2.2 No returns, replacements, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations shall be permitted for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect as outlined in Section 3.

2.3 Once payment is successfully made, the Buyer agrees that the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled under any circumstance other than those expressly stated herein.

  1. Exchange for Manufacturing Defect (Conditional)

3.1 Ziiesto may, at its sole discretion, offer an exchange only in the event of a verified and material manufacturing defect.

3.2 For a defect claim to be considered:

  1. a) The Buyer must notify Us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Please write to us message@ziiesto.com or through the feedback form.
  2. b) The Buyer must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the alleged defect;
  3. c) The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

3.3 Upon receipt of the complaint, Ziiesto shall review the evidence and determine whether the defect constitutes a valid manufacturing fault.

 

3.4 If approved, an exchange will be provided for the same product. If the same product is unavailable, we may issue a store credit at Our sole discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.

  1. Exclusions: What Does Not Constitute a Defect

The following conditions do not qualify as manufacturing defects and are not eligible for exchange:

  1. a) Colour variations arising from screen/monitor differences or lighting conditions;
  2. b) Minor size deviations within standard tolerance limits;
  3. c) Natural fabric characteristics (weave differences, slight irregularities);
  4. d) Items sold with pre-disclosed imperfections as part of clearance;
  5. e) Damage due to improper handling, use, or washing by the Buyer;
  6. f) Buyer’s personal preference, change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect size selection.
  7. Shipping and Logistics

5.1 Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5.2 In the event of an approved exchange, the Buyer may be required to return the product to us at their own cost unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5.3 Risk of loss/damage during return transit shall rest with the Buyer until the product is received and inspected by Us.

  1. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Our liability under this Policy is strictly limited to providing an exchange or store credit in accordance with Section 3.

6.2 Under no event shall [Your Business Name] be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of opportunity, or dissatisfaction with the product.

By purchasing any clearance, discounted, or final-sale product from [Your Business Name], the Buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
