1. Shipping Locations :
We currently ship to addresses within India and pin codes accessible to our delivery partner

2. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping option only: Standard Shipping usually takes 2-5 working days, depending on your location. To Metros 2-3 days and the Rest of India 3-5 days.

4. Shipping Fees:

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders, an additional fee is applicable to “cash handling” by the carrier partner.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link.

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If you experience any issues with your shipment (e.g., delays, lost package, incorrect address provided), please contact our customer support team at [support email] as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
